A. We are an affordable Oral Implantology Practice.  We encourage you to bring in your existing treatment plan for a price comparison and show you where we can save you money while receiving specialist level surgical and prosthetic care.

A. We offer several payment options provided below.

Q. Do I have to pay upfront for everything?

A. No. The payments will be charged for the treatment performed at the time of the appointment. A treatment plan will be presented at the initial consultation.

Q. What financing options do you offer?

A. We accept all major credit cards, cash payments and cashier checks. When paying by credit card, a processing fee of 3.75% will be charged to your card by the credit card processing company. We also we work with the following financial lending institutions listed below. Zero percent loans are available for those who qualify.

In our efforts to be nothing but solely focused on patient’s individual treatment and care, we have chosen to be a Fee for Service practice and are not contracted with any insurance carrier. We will gladly give you any coding information you need so that you may bill your insurance company for any service we render, but we do not submit claims on your behalf. This allows you to work directly with your insurance carrier to lessen any confusion regarding your benefit coverage. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered.
